Better This Week!

I'm having a much better week than last week! So far I've gotten my 10,000 steps in on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. And I have cooked all week so far! Monday I made Chicken Taquitos with Pico De Gallo and Guacamole, and Tuesday night we ate the leftovers. Last night my husband and were hungry for KFC Chicken so we were figuring out what we were going to get... he wanted the 8 piece bucket and I wanted hot wings. But I took charge and decided to cook. So I made Beef Enchiladas with a dollop of Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese on top. It's so good on enchiladas, especially if you can't eat dairy products like my husband!! Now after 3 days straight of Taquitos and Enchiladas, I'm officially sick of Mexican Food!!

Goals for the rest of the week:
*10,000 Steps on my Pedometer Thursday - Sunday.
*Cook dinner as much as possible!

I need to get back into weight LOSS mode instead of just maintenance! I would really like to lose 6 more pounds and then try to maintain that for awhile. I think I'll start drawing up my plan!!

Yum - logs of good mexican food! I hear you maintenance isn't going bad for me... but loss definitely isn't happening!

Woo for the great work this week! Mexican food is my big weakness- I doubt I could ever tire of it! Haha. Good luck with drawing up your new plans!

I'm with you on wanting to "lose" and stop maintaining! I'm wearing dress pants everyday this week and having big issues with my THUNDER THIGHS! LOL

Oh, I easily reach the gaol of cooking meals every day ... the problem is that I cook too much, I entertein too often, I like too many things!
