I made a pasta salad with chicken that was really good. I made my own dressing this time (I usually use the bottled stuff) and it really made a difference!
Chicken Pasta Salad
For the dressing, whisk together:
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
For the pasta salad, combine in a large bowl:
bowtie pasta
cooked chicken breast
red onion
cheese
green and red bell pepper
baby spinach
celery
carrots
zucchini
olives
Add dressing and mix together.
I was able to lose 4 pounds in August which was good news to me! Hopefully I can do 4 more in September! I have lots of healthy food in the refrigerator to help me out!
